How are the 3 MMA workouts different?

My Shock Cardio arrived today, so excited!!!! I think I have to do a step first, as step was, and still is, my first love. But....

Can someone please help me understand how the 3 MMA dvds are different. For example how is "boxing" different from "kickboxing" and "kickboxing" different from a "fusion"? Will the average person not schooled in martial arts detect a difference?

I have all of Cathe's other kickboxing (to use the term loosely) dvds. How do these 3 new ones compare?

Thanks in advance. Your answers will help me decide which MMA to try first.

Boxing doesn't involve any kicking or punching - kicking combos. Cathe does some leg work but it is boxing training style (jumping, etc.).

MMA is simply mixed martial arts - so you should see punching, kicking and other moves, combinations and training styles common in martial arts, such as the move where they roll onto their back and then up into a squatted position for some punching.

If you have a chance check out some of the clips online if you haven't opened your videos. They will help you get a clearer picture.

The move where they roll on their backs is very interesting because there is a similar move in advanced yoga and yoga is a form of martial arts. Neat, right? Ms. Cathe has done it again, combined interesting moves into a fabulous package. I just can't wait till mine arrives!:D
