How about a pregnant crew member doing modifications?

I know we've been asking you for a long time to do a pregnancy workout. However, it occurred to me today (while I was doing one of my pregnancy workouts and wishing it was you and the crew instead) that all you need to do is have someone who is prenatal in the crew! You could then show modifications for us girls who are pregnant and we could still enjoy you and the regular crew members working out with us. (Even if we are just watching the high intensity!) That way, any of your new workouts could be done throughout pregnancy with the modifications right there for all to see.

I feel you would do the best job of doing this, since the workouts I've seen are

a.) generic and boring
b.) not explained clearly for prenatal exercisers.

Just something for you to ponder, I know I would be thrilled!

Tricia~That's a great idea. It would also be good for those that are just coming back to exercise, those that just had babies or those who need to modify for one reason or another. Super idea!

Great idea Tricia: Charlene Prickett often has a pregnant participant in her workouts and I think it's inspiring and helps not only pregnant participants but those who, for whatever reason, need to keep the intensity down a notch or two.
I second (third:)) your suggestion.
