How about a kickboxing circuit workout?

I'd lurve to see a kickboxing circuit workout! Maybe 5 minutes kickboxing, followed by 3 minutes strength training with minimal equipment? Stability ball abs and a great stretch at the end!!:D
 
That sounds cool. I love the premixes of KPC/L&G. A kickbox/circuit using UB and LB mixed with KB would be wonderful!
 
I would like more kickboxing too. I'm not a fan of stepping and it seems the majority of the cardio is stepping

Same here. Not only am I not a fan, I simply can't do it because of my knees. I love my KPC though and I can't wait for MMA!

A kickbox-circuit workout would be a dream. With lower/upper body premixes, of course?
 
Oooh, yes, yes and... YES!! I would love this one too, great idea!! I love the KPC/L&G circuit premixes, but would love kickboxing with upper body work too.
