I always read your posts with great interest and am just about to start your Legs Rotation based on the lower body solution you posted about. My question: On the days when you might do Leaner Legs & a CTX cardio, do you split these up (ie one in the am & the other at night)? I never have enough time to do more than 1 hour at a time and was wondering if it mattered if they were split up.

I usually don't do a cardio with Leaner legs except once in a while CTX Kickbox, in which case I don't think it matters if you split them up.

Personally, I would do them back to back because I know I wouldn't want to come back later and exercise, but that's just me. If you know you have the determination to go at it again in the evening, then that's what you do. It's whatever works!
