Dear Honeybunch (or should I say "Goddess of the Oven"?),
This is question that I would have normally called Mom and asked, but now I have no one I can trust with cooking questions.
I'm getting ready for a big Christmas Eve party and I'm doing all the baking. I started making rolls and biscuits for sandwiches and I'm freezing them. If you could please give me your expert opinion on thawing and reheating them. I don't want the biscuits to dry out by reheating them the wrong way and the rolls have a nice crusty outside. What do you think? Thanks for any input you can give me!
