I printed your S'mores Bar Sandwich Cookie recipe that you posted around 10/00 and am planning to make them with the rest of my Christmas cookies. I was wondering - do you think this recipe would freeze o.k.? I was skeptical because of the marshmallows. If not, I'll just have to make them closer to the holiday. I've never tried the recipe yet but it sure sounds good :9

Not healthy....Hershey bars and BUTTER! However, they are extremely rich, so even I can't eat much in one sitting. That's sayin' a lot! Oh, but they're good!
