HoneyBunch a question about lowerbody solution

Tuvak1

Cathlete
So I have been following what you talked about this has been what my first week looked like:

Sat.- Leaner legs and CTX cardio
Sun. - MIS and CTX cardio
Mon. - Firm lowerbody sculpting and ran 3 miles
Tues. off
Weds. PS legs standing portion and CTX cardio
Thurs. MIC Hi/Lo part and PS legs floor work
Fri. Heavy lifting at the Gym

Now here is my question tomorrow I start my rotation again.
For cardio I am running 6 miles and for leg work I am going to do Firm STanding legs. Do I go heavy on this tape or lighten up. What is going to happen is I will end up having three days FRi, SAT and Sun of standing leg work. So should I lighten up or do I go heavy all three days.
Hopefully this has made sense to you and you have some advice.
Thanks

My previous message didn't take, so I'll try it again.

I'll indicate what I'd change and what I'd keep the same:

Saturday: Same.

Sunday: PS Floor work, MIS upper body only and CTX cardio

Monday: Same

Tues. Same

Wed. Power Circuit (that gets in your standing leg work)and SAVES TIME!!!!!

Thurs. Same

Friday: same

Just trying to alternate the standing and floor work more. I go lighter with Firm Standing legs, and I try to alternate light and heavy weight throughout the week. I'll do only one heavy day in any one week, and two lighter days for standing work.

Does that help?

Thanks for repling I will try your schedule this up coming week. Doing standing work three days in a row just didn't seem right and going heavy all those three days.

Cathe's Circuit Max and Power Circuit tapes are great for combining cardio and weights! I LOVE saving time! Have you considered getting some of the Spri products gizmos? They save time, too, because you can simulate gym exercises at home. Also the Fitball.
