Hometrippers Sunday morning (7 a.m.) workout!

No way in Hades will I be up this early tomorrow (in most time zones!), so I'm posting early.

The Sunday morning (7 a.m.) workout is a high step workout. Let us know what you did.

Any of you venturous early risers who haven't been able to join us for today's activities: this is for you!
 
No way I am getting out of bed early tomorrow! Sundays for me are ballet, swimming, then meet my one friend who is energetic and walk all over town with her, then come home and drag my body through some sort of Cathe weight workout (probably GS BBS). Am still dragging from a cold, so I hope I'm up to it. I've just been sitting here all day like a lump on the computer, posting. Lol.
 
I hope I'm not up at 7 in the morning. Woke up at 3:45 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. I've been doing that a lot here lately.x(

Tomorrow I have an anaerobic w/o planned. I am leaning towards IMAX3.
 
I might be the only early riser not on the Roadtrip! I'll be running 15 miles at 6 AM...trying to beat the heat as it is forcasted at 111 tomorrow...:)...Carole
 
I am another early riser, even on weekends. I typcially get up at around 4:30 a.m. during the week to work out, and my two cats have gotten used to getting their breakfast before 5 a.m. Unfortunately, they don't get that it's okay to sleep later on weekends and they'll be poking their little paws in my face before dawn.

I'm planning on doing Muscle Endurance for my 7 a.m. workout, maybe with a half hour of cardio.

I will be sleeping in tomorrow. But when I do get up I am going to do MM and Hardcore Extreme workout #2. I'm looking forward to hardcore extreme, it will be my first time with this workout. Wish me luck.

Carole-you'll probably be home and showered before I ever get up. It was 98 degrees here in Colorado and I'm not runnin' in that heat.

Well, i wish I could sleep in like the rest of you! I have an internal clock that wakes me every morning at 5:45 everyday. I have three kids, and they are all still asleep so this honestly feels like a mini vacation! I love the peace and quiet!

Well, for step, I am off to do StepFit right now. Been a long time since I have done that one! Oh, and yesterday I did BC. What fun! :7

I'm always the first one up in my house, but can't do step when everyone is sleeping because of where I do my workout. In the living room.....the bedrooms are right off of it and I'd wake up everyone! I did the VIPER yesterday , so don't think the high step workout is what I should do......?? I was thinking more PUB or PLB. But I have to do it later in the day when everyone is up , and hopefully GONE!!:p
 
Good morning hometrippers,

I slept until 7:30 YAY!!! I got 9 hours sleep last night, I was exhausted from waking early Wed through Sat on my days off!! Saturday it was 3:45 ugh.... Carole, I'll think about you on that 15-miler 9:00 a.m. my time. Anaerobic w/o for me today, IMAX3 I think.

Off to eat my stuffed french toast. I'm sure the roadtrippers have dreaded this moment when whey have to say goodbye but we'll be glad to have them back with all the things they'll have to tell us.

Well, it's 8:40 here in NJ. I'll watch Lance for a little more then I'll proceed to spin for 1 hr (Spinervals Red Zone). It will be followed by Jeri Love: Get Ripped -- that is a surprisingly good endurance wo! Mari
 
I got up at 8 a.m. but today is my rest day and I really need it. In a bit I will be doing Dynamic stretch.

I'll be doing step blast with absolutely NO risers and only the step combos and no blasts. (Looks like I'm trying to get out of this one).
It's just so humid again and it just sucks all my energy out of me.

I have no high step workouts (although, before I'm shot, I did just order Hardcore extreme, so I'll get one - don't have the high step, though, which could pose a problem). I'm doing Cardio Kicks today. Then it's grocery shopping, followed by swimming. It's too bloody hot around here.
 
I felt o.k. this morning after my three-workout day yesterday, but I don't want to push things, so I'm just going to do a stretch workout later. BUT, I wanted to continue to be with everyone in spirit, so for my "high step workout," (which I in no way did at 7 a.m.!), I had my cats do it for me!!

I put the topper on the floor, and played "fish" with them around it. Some of them didn't do much high step moves, but Bobsie has a very fine "ricochet" move, and also does a "shuffle down the step" move as well.
 
I did my workout at 9:30 this morning and I did LowMax (step portion only). Was definately not up to a high step workout today.
 
Well...I only made about 13 miles....way hot...but the four hours of sleep last night did not help!!! It's even a bit humid for Calif and talk about your clothes sticking to you...my comfy loose shorts were fitting like spandex the last few miles...x( ...Hey Mari...nice to see you....:)...Carole
