For those of you not going on the road trip, but who are interested in doing a "home version" of Cathe's road trip, I've made up a schedule of our activities.All activities that have times associated with them can be done (more-or-less ) at that time in YOUR time zone (nobody has to get up to exercise at 4 a.m.!) or in Cathe’s time zone.
A thread will be dedicated to each activity, so come and post when you can!
FRIDAY:
Welcome Party and potluck. What are you bringing to share? (Optional: actually prepare and eat it!) .
Trivia game: post a question and we’ll see who can answer.
T-shirt making: "make" a custom-designed t-shirt (or sleeveless T) or T-shirts that you will wear to the different exercise classes. What’s your motto? What do you want to tell the world about you and exercise?
SATURDAY:
9:30am ..Step Class Do your favorite Cathe step workout (or if you don’t do step, your favorite Cathe cardio). Report back and let us know what you did and how it went.
12 noon: Lunch : have something Italian!
2:15pm....15 Minutes Of Fame
EVERYONE gets 15 minutes to film their own mini workout. What does Yours look like? (or do you choose to follow someone else’s as a “background exerciser”? Do you whoop, or not?)
3:15pm.......Sculpting Class (weights and stability ball) Do your favorite full-body Cathe weight workout. And if a stability ball isn't used, use one anyway!
4:30pm Instead of the Sony factory tour or the fitness relay, we get to spend an hour one-on-one with our favorite background exerciser (of those who plan to be at the Roadtrip). Who do you choose: Cedie? Lorraine? Jai? Mark? Rhonda? or Brenda? What will you do? (Since this is all in our fertile imaginations, each backgrounder is infinitely “cloneable,” and can be “one-on-one” with as many people as necessary. )
600pm ...45 minute Kickbox class
7:30pm........DJ NIGHT PIZZA PARTY
Dance around in you living room to your favorite tunes!
Pizza party: every gets their own personal pizza. Post what you would like (optional: actually prepare and eat your pizza).
SUNDAY:
7:00am...High Step Class (I’m doing this one during someone else’s time zone!!!)
9:00 am ...Good Bye Breakfast
Have the breakfast of your choice. What are you going to eat (bacon and sausage NOT necessary, but if that’s your choice, you got it!)
