Home Trippers: 3:15 Sculpting class.

Here's where you can check in after doing your weights/stability ball workout.

I'll be back after I'm done with mine (just posting for those of you who hit 3:15 earlier than I do!).

I ran 12 miles this morning in 1 hour and 48 minutes. Maintaining a 9 minute pace beyond 10 miles is not an especially easy run for me. I'm tired so I think I'll have to pass on any other workouts today. But I'll be with you all in spirit!

Wow! I'm impressed, Elaine!
You can join us in spirit by watching TV while sitting on your stability ball!;-)

Very very impressed Elaine.... I agree, I think you've done enough!!

Since today is rest day, I will still get some core work in so I'll do a CoreMax w/o with the stability ball.

WOW Elaine- I'm ascared of you. Watch out though, I'm working hard at improving my running now that I have Cardio Coach. You might hear me coming up behind you one of these days }( .

My workout was Push Pull. I lucked out, that one was on the calendar for today.

Great job Elaine!!! I still have not worked out today but hope to get to it later. I have been busy running errands and doing laundry. Does going up and down the stairs a million times carrying a laundry basket count as a workout????

Diana

Diana- yes thats got to count for something. There is a lot going on with the stairs. Don't forget the weight that you are carrying. I can see a little cardio and weight work going on here.

That's what I did, too. I figured I'd better go with one of the less intense weight workouts, or I'd croak by the end of the day! Wonder how the Road Trippers are doing?

I intended to go light with PP, but ended up doing the same weights as Cathe (more on the "fonzie" move, since she uses no weights, and I used 2#).

Is it only 5:00? My, it seems like a long day. And one more workout to go, if I stick with it.

I did CoreMax #3 with the medicine ball and stability ball, then went out for a 30 minute leisurely walk. This is my rest day after all. As you know, I am obsessed with my HRM so I wore it even on the walk.:p I was in my training zone for all of 2 minutes for the walk, that was on the upward grade change on my road. I kept thinking, "I'm not in my training zone, I'm not in my training zone". Geez...

I did the upper body workout from bodymax and used a stability ball where I could. I know it wasn't an hour long but at least I did it right :)

Way to go Elaine!!! My long run is tomorrow...:)...I did PUB shoulders, tri's and bi's, no ball or I might have had a spill during those tough bicep curls...http://bestsmileys.com/signs16/15.gif[/img]....Carole
