After steadily losing about two pounds a week for the past 12 weeks, I only lost almost a pound this week so I think it's time for a change in my rotation. I just finished four weeks of PS rotated with 3 cardio days (Powerstrike, Cardio Kicks and Intense Moves usually). I tried to do cardio after PS upper body days but I was too tired to do an intense advanced workedout. For example, this past week after doing PS CST, I did Kathy Smith's Step tape. Should I stick with PS for a few more weeks or is it time to move to a more 'fatburning' rotation? I was thinking of switching to an endurance rotation perhaps with more cardio?
I have the following Cathe tapes:
PS series
PowerHour
MIS
Step Heat
Cardio Step Challenge
Cardio Kicks
Circuit Max
Leaner Legs
CTX Kickbox
CTX Power Circuit
CTX All Step
I want to keep doing an interval tape each week because I've seen such dramatic improvements in my cardio capacity since I added it to my rotation. I only have Intense Moves which I've done weekly for almost two months. Since I've done it so frequently am I not getting the results I should from it? I also really like doing Powerstrike Millenium 1. I have Christi Taylor's Happy Hour Hi/Lo but don't really like hi/lo that much. I have Kari Anderson's United Steps which I like but feel that it's too short.
