I am sure I am not alone in the excitement for Xtrain!!! I was so excited after reading about the Hip Thrust that I did a search online to see how to properly do it. I went to Bret's website and found this awesome instructional video. I thought I would share it with those of you who want to master the form while we wait patiently for Xtrain!

I plead guilty of loving DOMS lol Well I guess it is alright for someone who is aiming to gain a perky butt of steel (shall say a pear of steel ) like Deazie's one

This is going to burn big time! I think I am going to condition my Hips without barbell to get my form spot on before using my favourite toy BB for this move.
