Hip Hugger Abs - LBM

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on the Lotte Berk Method. I just did Hip Hugger Abs today and I really felt it, I thought it definitly did the job..

What are everyone's reviews on this or any of LBM DVD's...Good -or- Bad.

A nice Catheite here sent me a copy of Hip Hugger Abs along w/ a couple Cathe videos but I didn't feel it at all. I guess I'm used to my Pilates & Cathe ab workouts, so I thought it was kinda strange?? If you're feeling it though, then keep it up!
 
I haven't done mine for a long time.....but just last week, I did a Blast segment off of a Lotte Berk DVD (only 10") and I actually felt a bit in my butt and abs the next day. I can NEVER get my abs sore. I'll have to try to do a full one soon. I pulled Hip Hugger abs out to try the blast segment tomorrow as an add on.
 
I use the Lotte Berks and Bar Methods as add-ons to a leg workout. I don't do their upper body exercises. But I feel that these are good in working the lower body in a different way than regular strength training. I consider them to be a fusion workout. They are quick and precise.
