My sister sent it to me as a joke as i am not a hip hop kind of girl at all....she is. I got it on Friday (surprised as she ordered it on Wed.. i love UPS) and gave it a try that day. I have to say that it is fun to do.. i am sure i looked like a total idiot! My abs were a bit sore today.. not a Cathe Core Max kinda sore... but still a bit sore. I think my sister said the total package was almost $150 with extra express shipping as i am in Canada.
She got me the advanced dvd's package along with the regular one and i did the cardio #2. Very low impact and dancy. Fun for a light day or a bit of a change. Shaun is funny, goofey and flirty, if you are in the mood for that kind of thing. The music was kinda like Turbo Jam-ish. I thought it would be rap-ish and it is not. Still not my kind of music, but that is ok. Need to have an open mind and try new things! The music goes very good with the dance moves. It is worth getting if you like to dance and get a light/ moderate work out at the same time.
