Lately I seem to be having troubles with my Hip Flexors. They seem to get sore very easily while doing certain exercises, like pulsing lunges & squats, and during some of the core exercises. I have never had problems in the past, so I don't know what is causing this. It's frustrating because I always seem to feel my hip flexors before I can feel the muscle I am supposed to be working. Do you think they are just weak, or could it be that they need more stretching? Any thoughts would be appreciated Thanks!
