Okay, I am on my 2 week of Meso 1. I am doing the 6 1/2 month rotation. I did my 1 max reps before. I am lifting to my full potential as recommended and I totally feel it. The shock cardio is a wonderful balance. It is just enough High Intensity, but not so much that you can't do it. I was really tired today, but I made it. I usually feel like I can do 2 workouts with the shock, but not if I am doing STS as recommended. Love it. Cathe knows so much and I trust her.
