Hiit 40/20 for the 1st time

This is a great workout! I just need to do it on lower risers and work myself up....got a great sweat and loved every minute of it!!! THANK YOU CATHE!!!
 
40/20 is my favorite Hiit workout. I love the explosive running mans and the straddle down and ups with the tricep pushups. I also love the wide straddle jump ups onto the step. Great moves!
 
thanks for posting this! Been needing to do a Hiit workout again and you inspired me to do this tomorrow!
