high step

Cathlete
I have been using the Bolinger step (from the S&H and PH workouts) where Cathe uses the high step in the intensity series. This has been working fine for me. Does anyone have a benefit of ordering the high step over just using what I have been using? I have been debating whether or not to order and would like some input.

Thanks, Lynn

Hi Lynn!

I have both now. (Just got my High Step last week.) Originally I used my Bollinger Step for all the High Step moves and it worked just fine. I did notice I had to be very careful at times of the placing of my foot as it was a bit wobbly at times. Do you notice that? I was always very cautious and found it worked just fine. BUT, being the SPOILED BRAT that I am, I HAD to have the High Step too! ;-) I love it and it definitely is MORE stable. Sooo, I would say if you can afford it and have the room, go for it. Otherwise, it is fine to work with what you have. Now, that was no help at all, right? We DO love to spend others $'s around here ya' know!

RE: Hi Lynn!

Hi Debbie! I did notice actually, that it is quite wobbly at times and you do need to be careful.

Now you have just pulled my arm into another purchase - hubby will be so happy to see me add to my inventory of fitness paraphanalia (SP??!):) . Just kidding, of course, I knew I would buy it eventually no matter what input I received. I am the perfect customer, right!

Take care, Lynn

GREAT!

Ha! It doesn't take much to convince us, does it? Hey, if Cathe has it, I want it! Besides, we can't have you wobbling all over the place, now can we? Let me know when it arrives.
