High Step Training Advanced

Hi Ladies,

I was looking ahead to next week's workout rotation and day 2 says High Step Training Advanced (I'm doing Cathe's January 2008 rotation) what is that? I can't find a DVD that is called High Step Training Advanced.

do you mean there is a bosu ball section of this workout?

I have a bosu ball but I've never done a workout dvd that incoporated it!!!
