Does anyone have this workout and if so, do you like it? I never paid much attention to the most recent group of high step workouts b/c I though they were geared more towards beginners, but I just noticed that this one says advanced. Is it challenging to the conditioned Catheite??x(

I have this one and really like it. It is definitely an advanced workout. It also has a lot of options. I use the cardio only quite a lot and repeat it. I also like the fact that you can use the premixes to separate lower and upper body if you like.

I really like this workout!! I think it's pretty tough too. I like to use the strength premixes as add ons to other cardio workouts as well.

For some very strange reason when I first received this DVD I did not care for it. But now I LOVE it...don't know why. I love the workout as is but I also really love the cardio only premix. The music has grown on me also...I just wish it had the music louder option that the BB series has. Great and fun workout!

I really love the workout itself (it kicks my butt!) but the music in this workout drives me up the wall! It speeds up for the cardio, slows down for the leg presses and leg work, then speeds up again for the upper body! I think that's the main reason why I rarely reach for this DVD.

I love this workout - I wasn't a big fan at first but now I can't imagine not having it - LOVE IT, LOVE IT , LOVE IT! I even think it is as tough, if not tougher, than Bootcamp.

Love this workout! In my very humble opinon it is much tougher than boot camp. I'm dripping with sweat after the first circuit. The pre-mixes are very handy.

I just got it two weeks ago and am so glad I did!!
