Are the risers for the original "the Step" compatible with the High Step? I have been using a Step I bought in the early 1990's. It has the pink and purple risers. I'm thinking of getting a High Step. Can I use the old risers with the High Step? I know I would only be saving nine dollars getting the 12 inch high step instead of the 14 inch - but that's $9 I can put toward new DVD's! I've been using the Firm Box for leg presses and I just don't trust it.

I got by for over a year doing the Firm without a Fanny Lifter - I just used a a high stool for the 14 inch stuff (even though it wasn't quite 14 inches) and the end of my old step for the six and eight inch stuff. I'm getting sick of just getting by and I'm really much more exicted about Cathe than the Firm these days - so I don't want to get the Fanny Lifter now. I figure I can use the high step for all the 14 inch Firm moves as well as Cathe stuff.
