HI all,

Is there anything to do to make this move easier and still have it be effective?

I often do this move on a 14in step with light to no weight. My problem with this move is I become very winded, sweaty and tired. My heart rate feels like it is through the roof. I never make it through a full set or the full amount reps.

Thank you Kathryn. I did lower it to 8ins. I was using the old fanny lifter. Next time I will try my reebok step at 10ins..

Hi Jenn! You can try doing the set at a much slower pace so that you don't build up your "wind factor" to an uncontrollable point. Or you can try doing 4 or 5 at a time, take a five second rest...don't even need to bother taking your foot off the platform during the rest... and then do 4 or 5 more, take a rest, etc. til you get to the end of your set.

As long as you get good quality reps in there without too long of a rest, you are getting the benefits.
