I am 5'4" and I use 14" quite often. I have short legs but they still maintain the proper angle at this height. HTH!

Yes!!! It is awesome but planned to be whipped when you are done. Cathe really designed a FUN routine when she put this workout together I've also used premixes from it doing all cardio at once. That 12 minutes will get you GOOD! Also, have done the cardio & LB premix too which is great. Let me know what you think.

i liked it but i could not do it all. i am going to start by just doing just cardio,legs,and/or weights. sometimes, with any of my tapes,i like to add cardio from the timesaver dvd.
