high step circuit

i noticed on the collegevideo.com site that they class the high step circuit as lower impact.for anyone that has it would you agree?

I agree

I agree,its not as high impact as High Step Challenge or High Step Training.
High Step Circuit is good for days when you want a light but good workout.
