I getting back into fitness and Cathe after an ankle sprain. I want to try some circuit workouts but am not ready for anything very high impact. What are your opinions of High Step Circuit? Is it still somewhat challenging? Are the moves tricky or bad for a recovering ankle? (Trying to avoid a lot of quick turns/pivots). I would put my level at intermediate at this point, and I am looking to lose weight/fat and gain some definition/tone up. Any help would be appreciated! TIA!
