High Step Circuit - Beginners DVD Question!!

Hi again,

I just ordered the High Step that goes up to 12 inches AND the new High Step Circuit. And yes, I'll be broke if I continue with this Cathe addiction! (I was tempted to add the 2" riser, but that will need to wait!).

Here are my questions:

1) I am curious how high the step is used in Cathe's new High Step Circuit for Beginners/Intermediate? Does Cathe go beyond 12 inches?
2) Is this a difficult workout for a Cathe newbie?

I have only ordered the TimeSaver and the Basic Step/Body Fusion so far, and I'd really like to hear some reviews from everyone on the High Step for Beginners.

Thanks very much!

If i can remember correctly she doesn't but don't forget do what works best for you and work your way up;-)

I don't think it is to difficult. The step part is pretty complex.

I really enjoy the Timesavor just because you can mix and match different section from all of the Timesavor because it is all on 1 dvd + you have the extra footage that are not on the Body Blast Series. Ok The Basic Step was just too easy for me + it didn't get my HR up but if your a beginner than it will be great for you. I haven't done the Body Fusion so I can't help you there. HTH
