High Step Challenge Premixes

I don't remember the exact exercises, but I always do the 51 minute version of this workout (I just don't have time to work out for more than an hour). I think it's 3 of the cardio sections, most of the weight work, and the abs. It's thorough and I definitely feel like I did enough after that session. But, I'm more of an intermediate level exerciser, so that could be why I feel that way. It's fun, though!
