I like circuit workouts, but would like to see some kind of straight cardio routine with the floor/high step. Mixed impact at a steady pace with a few combo's. I would use something like this on the days I don't do interval cardio. I would like to be able to utilize my high step more often for my step cardio days. I think it would be a nice change of pace from using the regular step all the time.
