I loved this article! It's making me rethink what I have been doing. I think I'll go back to focusing more on strength training.

Good article. I only disagree with putting NEAT at the bottom. I understand that it may not have a huge effect, but I don't see it as part of the hierarchy but rather more alongside all the other activities - if that makes sense.
 
Thanks for posting. It will help me to figure out how to bang the most out of my 3 - 5 hours per week work out time. No more excuse for me!
