Hide and Seek

You better post something else!! Look at your numbers!! I actually have tickets for tonight to see Hide and Seek. I will let you know how it is. I can't wait to see it. I just went over to the mall to buy tickets. They were almost sold out.

Those are two movies on my list to rent from Netflix once they're on DVD. I LOVE good spooky movies. Did you see "The Ring?" That creepy little girl coming out of the well, then out of the TV in that herky-jerky way gave me nightmares! I woke up in the middle of the night sure she was in the room with me (eeeww! I hope writing about it doesn't make it happen again!)

My sister and I are going to see it today............keep me away from the popcorn please! I loved the Ring, nothing like a good scarey movie :) .

DD went to see it Friday night & said that little girl was VERY HAUNTING. But she didn't like the ending--which she would not give away.

Kathryn, did you see the sequal is coming out this spring??? I'm ready to hide my eyes.

RE: Hi Kathryn

I think the movie was OK. The little girl was very good in it though. I wasn't crazy about the ending either. I would say to wait and rent it when it comes out on dvd.

Kathryn-They had a preview for The Ring part 2 last night. I was SO freaked out from the first one! The second looks really good and Sissy Spacek is in the movie. I loved her in Carrie. Did you ever see The Grudge? I couldn't sleep for a week! That was scarier than The RING IMO.

RE: Hi Kathryn

I must be out of it I have never heard of the ring and haven't watched it, is it out on DVD? if it is I think I better rent it and lock myself in my room to watch it LOL or watch it in the middle of the night when kids are not awake to hear it or see it LOL.
The Boogeyman doesn't come out till this Friday and hubby has it off so I don't know which movie to go see. I love good scary movies.

If you like scary movies, I would definitely suggest Session 9. I don't think it was ever released in theaters but it's available on DVD. It's only a few years old. Anyway, super psychologically scary movie about a crew of asbestos workers renovating an asylum in the Northeast. It was actually filmed in an abandoned asylum, so the sets, scenery, etc. are genuine and haunting!

Lunacat,

That looks really freaky. I will have to rent that. DH and I love scary movies. They are re-doing The Amytiville Horror too. They had previews last night & it looked really good. The original was weird.
