Hi Rhonda. No I don't have this book. I just ordered Complete Strength Training for Women, The Complete Book of Abs for Women, and one called The Abs Diet, & 500 more low carb recipes which I have the first of but try and trim the fat in some recipes. Sometimes even if a book is a disappointment I may find one or two new ideas to try out. It looks interesting. I always wonder about ads that will tell you that you can achieve something in a certain amount of time. I would think it would depend on how much the person had to work on how long it would take. For glutes I like lunges, leg curls & squats. I also like the floorwork like Cathe does on PSLA. I fit these in every week even as an add on to something else. I use 2 25lb dumbbells instead of the bar, and a 20 lb dumbbell for the side lying work. Also, the same goes for the floor work on l&G with ankle weights. Or I use cables on the bowflex for rear leg lifts.
