I noticed in one of your recent posts you said you had gone crazy and did PUB and CTX upper in the same workout. It didn't hit me until later that day what this really meant and then I shrieked "Holy Cow!!!"
I can't believe you did this and lived to tell the tale! You are one brave woman!
PLease tell us, tell me, how did you organize it and break it down? All of PUB then all of CTX or interspersed? Did you find yourself going much lighter on the weights or was it business as usual?
Can you now lift your arm above yur head!?!?!
