I am trying to become pregnant with my second child. I am gonna order one of those books that you frequently recommend (probably the one by Dr. Clapp). Anyway, (without giving you all the boring details) I will just say that I'm able to fit in enough strength training (thanks to Cathe's CTX one body part per day being only 12 min. per day), however, I'm not able to get in much cardio these days (at home). THANKFULLY, I work at an office where we have a small fitness center. I am able to get on the treadmill and walk for 15 min. on 3 separate times per day (morning and afternoon breaks and on my lunch break). However, will this be of much benefit to me since the 45 min. cardio is broken up in 3 increments. I am desperate to not lose everything while I'm pregnant because I know that after 2 kids, shaping up after pregnancy will be so much harder than the first time.
