Hi/Lo Question...

Hi everyone! I've posted a question in the past about hi/lo and bought a few new videos, but was sadly disappointed so I thought I'd try again. I bought CIA 9807 and a Christi Taylor's Hi/Lo Heaven, neither of which I cared for, one being way too much take it from the top and the other being way too dancy for me. In a nutshell I'm looking for an advanced mostly hi-impact tape that will make you really sweat, at least 35-40 in length not counting the warmup and cool down, and something with fairly basic, but not boring athletic choreography. I love MIC's hi/lo. I have Karen Voight's hi/lo tape which intensity-wise I enjoy but I sometimes need a more upbeat instructor to get me going. Looking thru the videofitness reviews, I've picked a couple that sound like something I might enjoy.....Charlene Prickett's Rev Up the Sequel, Crunch: Master Class, and Kari Anderson's Great Moves II. Any further thoughts on these or any other suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks!!

Some other suggestions...

CIA 9905 has 2 workouts - the first is hi/lo and the second is step. The hi/lo is fun and intense and has a kickbox section in it similar to Cathe's kickboxing. But, there is a lot of taking it from the top.
CIA 9803 has 2 workouts - the first is hi/lo and the second is a double step workout. The hi/lo is more of an athletic style and not boring.
Mindy Mylrea has Action Packed which has 2 workouts - one step and one hi/lo. I didn't care for this video too much, but Mindy is a very upbeat instructor and her workouts are very athletic and intense.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-14-01 AT 02:54PM (Est)[p]Ultimate Bootcamp Challenge w/Mindy Mylrea. It includes toning (pushups, lunges, abs, pullups, etc)and only the warmup is on the step. The hi lo is very challenging and hi impact, actually the whole tape is very challenging.

Hi, thanks for the responses. I have Mindy's Extremem Intervals and from the reviews it was mentioned not to get Action Packed if you already have Extreme Intervals. As for the CIA tapes...how much kickboxing is involved?? I tend not to like kickboxing, it never seems to get my heartrate up enough no matter what I do. Also, in Mindy's Bootcamp tape...I have carpel tunnel and cant do pushups so I was wondering how much of the tape I would miss out on by skipping pushups, and also how are the pull ups done?? I dont have a pull up bar. Thanks again!!

Mindy's Bootcamp has a lot of push-ups - I think 100, but they are not all at the same time. When I do this tape, I usually fast forward through the toning sections and only use it for cardio - I think about 30 minutes. It has a lot of military drills and is great for cross-training, but it does use a lot of space - don't know if that is an issue for you.
CIA 9803 doesn't have any kickboxing - it might have a few kicks - I can't remember for sure, but no actual kickboxing. The kickboxing in 9905 is a whole section, but it is very cardio-oriented, not drills.
