Tracey has posted a clip from Hi Lo Med Ball on her home page. It looks ultra-cute, loads of fun, and very high-energy.

Not a lot of Med Ball - I think I like Mindy's stuff better since she doesn't put the med ball down. I wasn't crazy about Tracey's form either. I'm not familiar with her stuff - this clip was my first introduction.
