Hi I'm new!

I'm new to this forum. I have seen Cathe on FitTV and she sparked my interest. I have been working out religiously for about 6 months now. I started in Dec '03 and have lost 43lbs since then. For the last month I have been at a standstill. I've been doing mostly intermediate videos and now I want to try and step it up to some advanced workouts. Does anyone have any input as to which of Cathe's adv videos I should begin with? Thanks for your input.

Congratulations on your incredible weight loss! What kind of workouts do you enjoy? If you post a bit more on your preferences and goals, you will probably get better recommendations.

Congratulations on your weight loss, that's no small feat! VEry glad you're here, there is a wealth of information here. :)
 
Welcome Mickey! Do you like Step, kickboxing, floor aerobics? I love Cathe's Slow & Heavy series for weights and I started with her Step Heat for step aerobics (I'm choreographically challenged, lol). I did the Firm for over a year and my first Cathe workouts were the Pyramids (both upper and lower body)...they were killers (in a good way).
 
Hi Mickey and a big WELCOME to the Cathe forum. Congratulations on your success, not only in weight loss but in increasing your endurance to do Advanced workouts. You will learn lots and lots of valuable information here. I know I have over the past 4 years I have been here. My only major fitness regret is that I didn't find Cathe sooner.

Be careful though.... there are lots of us that can spend your money for you by recommending Cathe workouts. :p ( I mean that in a good way. LOL )
 
Welcome! And I agree Mickey is cool!...If you can afford it, I would just dive right into a set...DVD if you can CTX, Intensity series or Bodyblast series, alot of otpions and premixes....:)...Carole

Thank you for the welcome and advice everyone. I have been viewing some of Cathe's video clips and I think I will start with her ctx series. I can't wait to receive them, they look very challenging. I will keep you all updated.

ps...how long does her pre-sale last?
