Hi Everyone - New to Cathe

Hi there! My name is Stacy and I received my first Cathe workouts for Christmas - the Intensity series and I am in love! In fact, I will be doing C&W after I'm done on the computer.

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you a bit about myself. I am 31 years old, 4' 9", weigh anywhere from 105 - 110 and have been working out for almost 9 years. I battled my weight throughout my life, being at my lowest weight of 95 and my highest of 150. I had a baby at age 17 which did a number on my body. At age 22, a co-worker introduced me to the FIRM and my road to changing my lifestyle and getting to a healhy weight started there. I fell in love with exercising and eating right (not dieting!) and have loved devouring health and fitness information as well as watching my workout videos grow. I found FitPrime 2 years ago, at a time when I really needed it. I had purchased the "new" firm's and just did not like them. FitPrimes, although different in production quality, were very challenging -- something I had desperately missed. It was on FitPrime's website that I learned of Cathe. I had waited patiently for 1 year to get her workouts. She is just amazing!

I'm looking forward to chatting on here and exchanging health, nutrition and fitness information.:)
 
Hi, Stacy! Welcome! I am fairly new to Cathe, too, and also just purchased the Intensity Series.... awesome workouts!

The ladies here are really supportive, so you found a good spot!

You certainly purchased an awesome set of workouts! The IS is one of my fav's.You will become addicted to ordering workouts,there is no doubt about that! I have most of them except for the really old ones and my VCR just ate MIC.So I will replace that one in the future.
I also had a baby when I was only 17.Makes you grow up fast,doesn't it? I laid pretty low for a year but then I got the parting out of my system when she was still a baby.Now I am 26,still young, and doing the wife/mom/worker role.It seems normal for me but when I think about how many 26 yr olds there are out in the world, who are still in school, I am amazed (don't ask me why)

Welcome Stacy....I'm a former Firmie too. But, I feel Cathe is much more challenging and I have most all of her workouts. I like the music best in the Intensity Series. The Pyramids are great workouts!! Enjoy and look forward to hearing from you...:)...Carole

Wow! Thank you SO much for the warm welcome! I love how challenging her workouts are. I am hoping to drop my bodyfat % to 20. I think I'm at 25% right now. I know incorporating her workouts will give me that push that I need.
