Let me know if you think it is worthwhile. I am always interested in the nutritional aspect as well as any new ways to change up my routines. I recently bought Strength Training for Women it was a good book but I found it basic. Kurt Bungardt's Abs for women is pretty good. Also I, I know I told you I had the Abs Diet, which I keep going back over and trying new exercises from. I also found the diet interesting. Of course now using HC I haven't been doing them as much.
