RE: Iris and Dani!
Debbie,
I pretty much grew up around my brothers and sisters since my both my parents passed away within 4 years of each other, first my dad then my mom. I've mentioned in a past thread somewhere that I am at the age my mom was when she left us (52), but unlike my mom's generation, I have a full time demanding job, 4 grown children, 5 grandchildren (possibly a 6th - she's spotting now and we're all hoping that it will stop soon)travel frequently, workout, dance, you name it and we still find time to do other things as well. Exercise has been one of the very best medicines that I have in my life. I truly believe that if I didn't exercise I would probabaly be severely arthritic, inmobile or something worse. To me personally, whenver I am feeling a bit out of sorts, upset because of work or family, working out - with relaxing yoga/pilates, high energy cardio or strength training, this makes me focus on me - not what is bothering or hurting me. Sorry if I'm rambling but I think you know what I mean. I look forward to Cathe's new workouts to challenge myself and of course to sing Cathe's praises and our new "aches and pains". Take care Debbie and Dani - again sorry for rambline. Hugs to you both!
Take care,
Iris
