I need to work my lower body a lot more than my upper

I started this week the STS rotation. I normally replace a cardio to a leg workout and add cardio after upper body. But it makes me so tired and will not stick to it

I think with HITT, the MMA serie, I have enough leg workouts (free style) in these cardio that I am thinking of following the rotation as it is because I feel that I will stick to it that way.

Am I right to think that with the kicks and jumps, they are leg workouts?
