Hi Cathe, I see you are here and just wanted to say Hi! Dave & I are very excited for STS~SC. I like the description of all the workouts but the MMA's and Travel Fit have me most excited. Thanks for offering them to us at such a great pre-order price. 11 workouts under $10.00 each is such a deal! Dave loves band work a lot so I am sure the travel workout will be used, not only on vacations, but in the comfort of our home! Have a great week and thanks for all you do!
