It's the Bosu-beggar, coming back to haunt you...:D

What I would love, in no particular order:

-another pure step, mixed intensity (a la Rhythmic Step)
-a full length tack-on stretch / yogaish style stretches video (maybe a bunch of 15 or 20 min segments, or a few 10 min seg's and a few 20?)
-a Bosu video, of course!
-I would LOVE to see you do a full body weight workout, with cardio intensifiers. Not much cardio, just, say a set of jumping jacks after lunges (to break up the lactic acid-and it would serve my exercise ADD, too!) When I do Power Hour or ME, after the lunges (which are my nemesis) I will often pause you and either hop on the treadmill for a quick run for 3 minutes, or do jumping jacks for a minute. Having little cardio bursts (just very short ones) in between body parts of a weight training tape would be AWESOME!!!!!
