Hello, Dear Cathe!
Guess what! I just finished a video production series for the American Heart Association promoting health and fitness. I got to write the script, draft the storyboards, film and edit the entire set. Of course I had medical/science reviews, but I'm very happy to participate in LIFE and health and share it with others!
Anyway, a BIG virtual hug goes to YOU for helping me stay inspired on my own journey to continue to live healthy. Although I didn't plan it, your shock cardio series is in the background of the weight loss video. (It was filmed at my house, and that's my dog, too.)
