Hi Cathe ,??? About High Step and Step bench

Good Morning Cathe ,Have missed you on the Fourms. My question is .Does the hieght of both High Step and the bench have a big differance on results ??? I only have a 6" tall/30"long bench and a 12 " step (Old School stuff LOL)Thinking of getting new ones ...What do you Think ? Thanks so much . Loving hardcore ,Down 2 inches around waist so far !!! But no weight gone .I'm tossing the scale LOL.Feeling great .Your my hero !!! Love ya too

Hi Mary! Thank you, you're a doll! If you are feeling challenged on these step heights, then stick with them. If you feel your not challenged enough then its time to "upgrade". Keep up the great work
