I think you're absolutely right! 
A while back I asked for help on purchasing some Cathe videos and one of my choices was Cardio Kicks. Well, I previewed that last night and will do the workout tonight!
This video is great! I can imagine the exhaustion I will feel when it's over but it will be a wonderful feeling! I was pretty excited watching this video and was tempted to get up and try a few moves but I had just finished Circuit Max! Need I say more?!
I also received Interval Max yesterday! I will preview this one tonight and give it a whirl on Friday evening!
