My routine w/o is just doing Cathe's w/o . My eating has changed drastically, BUT, I'am in no way a true clean eater. I do have my junk from time to time. I can't recall the last time I've had white rice, potatoes, pasta. Don't get me wrong I do eat these things from time to time, but I really don't desire them as I use to. I LOVE bread and 90% of the time it's some type of whole grain, whole wheat or pumperknickel. But now on Friday's I always treat myself to a piece of marble cake here at the job.
As I stated elsewhere on another thread, if I'm not doing a Cathe w/o, I will do the StairMaster 40-45 mins. 3 sets of 16-20 leg press, 3 sets 16-20 hamstring curls, 3 sets 16-20 leg ext., 3 sets of 25 sissy squats, barbell squats and the gravitron machine for a complete upper body w/o. Or I will sometimes use the machines in my basement my gym.
Now for the A$$, that's a true genetic thing. And Cathe w/o has only improved it}( }( }(.
