I just wanted to give you some info on ABs this Freestyle book has in it, may help ya, may not, but I will type it out :7 ... Freestyle also involves applying maximum frequency to the parts you want the smallest. This is why most bodybuilders will perform abdominal work daily, but allow 2-3 days rest between other body parts. The abdominals become leaner, while the rested bodyparts grow.....
