I did the crane this morning!! It was only for 2 secs. But it was a full 2 secs of balance. Yeah. I just had to share since I asked you yesterday if you could do it. I was wondering if I was the only one who couldn't. I'll just keep on practicing that seems to help.

That's a tough one!
I haven't tried it since I did a P90X rotation last year, but I'm sure I would still need my one-toe "training wheel"!
 
yeah, I was pretty excited. I always start with one foot then go to the one toe and today was able to get into full crane but then quickly back to that training wheel-LOL!! I almost think this one takes as much concentration as it does strength.

Dear me I just did a search of what the crane pose is and saw a photo. YIKES. Way to go, Catherine and Kathryn!!!! Did I mention YIKES?!??!
 
Thanks Amy, trust me though I am normally falling all over the place just trying. I think this morning my mental focus was just good enough to do it briefly and then of course fall back down. That's what I love/hate about YogaX is that there are so many challenging moves for me. I am continuing to see improvements every week. This is also helping me tremendously with my strength and of course flexability.
