Hey Jek!! Cardio Kicks Rocks!!!

If you like kickbox workouts, you will love this one but of all of Cathe's workouts, this one takes up the most floor space. Of course the moves can be modified by moving more vertically than laterally if space is an issue.
The first half is combination oriented and really get's the heart rate up with things like power hops, 4 kicks moving up and knee smashes...
The second half is arm drills that keep the heart pumping and really sculpts the upper back and arms. This part of the workout can be done on a postage stamp. Ice breakers always leave me spent in the very best way and basking in an endorphin rush. Cathe's energy in this workout is awsome and infectious and her 2 male participants are very cool to watch, amazing form and physique.
This workout is challenging and a lot of fun. In a moment of insanity I recently loaned it to a friend and now I want it back!!!x( :p

I have it and I love it especially the power drills. If I have to choose I prefer KPC allmost for the music . I love the music in KPC .I hope kickmax will be so good.
 
Cardio Kicks is a very intense Kickbox workout. As I am not a person who really likes stepping, it's one of my favorite workouts.
 
Love Cardio Kicks too but I have to agree that the music in KPC placese it a bit ahead of Cardio Kicks. Both are tough and fun though. :)
 
Cardio Kicks is my FAVORITE cardio workout. I tried Tae Bo a few years ago and found the advanced workout just too fast that you can't really work hard and on your form. I wasn't expecting to like this much more but all the moves are really intense and fun. I love feeling like a tough chick. Sweat sure is flying in this one!:)
 
I swore I would never do a kickbox workout after Tae Bo (that was quite a few years ago), I tried Kathy Smiths but did not like it. Then I tried KPC then Cardio Kicks then Kickbox on the CTX series and I love all of Cathes kickboxing workouts. Cathe really is good at everything!
