So I'm trying to work the back of my sides on my lower back and I have no idea how to do that the front of my obliques are fine but the back is...how can I put this "fatty" and I can't seem to tone it up that well. I do side crunches and cross over crunches, actually why is it so much easier to work upper body than it is to work lower body??
